Shipping and warranty . The products which are not in stock are preorder items and expected delivery time is 90 - 120 days (may varies according to any unforeseen situation) . Most of our teak wood furniture products feature manually carved designs as opposed to machine-made ones. As a result, there may be visible joints in certain areas that cannot always be avoided. It is important to note that these are not defects, but rather an inevitable consequence of the intricate manual carving process. Additionally, we must caution customers that while the art worked and carved areas of our products are stunningly beautiful, they do come with some inherent fragility due to their complicated shapes and designs. Therefore, we regretfully cannot offer any warranty against breakage or damage in those particular areas . You are ineligible for coverage under the warranty in instances of water damage , incorrect assembly procedures , utilization of unsuitable tools or unskilled physical handling. However, rest assured that we remain fully committed to providing high-quality products with warranties on both the main structural frame and upholstery. In light of these factors, please take them into consideration when making your purchase decision. Our products are designed and manufactured for indoor purpose only.

Damage caused by outdoor usage are not covered under the term warranty. An Act of God is generally considered to be any event that's outside of human control and is unpredictable and unpreventable. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support for our products.

Return or refund policy:
Upon receiving of goods, all defects, damages or manufacturers faults must
be reported within 7 days and the arising issues clearly outlined and backed
up by evidential images. Before any returns are made, please contact
customer support to schedule the return and avail any other detail
concerning the product(s) to be returned.

Goods will be replaced or a full refund made if: 

  • The merchandise received does not match the description
  • or Goods are in their original state as received and unused.
  • The quality of merchandise is defective.
  • The quality of goods is not merchantable.

Goods will not be accepted or a refund issued if:

  •  Wrong merchandise was ordered
  • The consignment took longer to deliver than anticipated. 
  • If the item you purchased doesn't fit in the designated space within your home, we cannot offer a refund. We strongly advise you to measure your
  • space accurately before making a purchase.
  • We understand that appearances can be subjective. If the item doesn't meet your expectations in terms of appearance, we cannot provide a refund. 
  • Our sofas and Mattresses come in a variety of firmness levels. If you find the firmness of your item uncomfortable refunds will not be given for this reason. We encourage customers to discuss any special information before buying item online

 Our warranties do not cover the following in any case

  •  Neglect or misuse. All items of furniture, some more than others, require proper care and maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, regular cleaning and proper use. Damage caused to your lounge as a result of lack of care or misuse will void your warranty. 
  • Wear and tear. Regular use of lounges, dining tables or other commonly used items of furniture may exhibit signs of wear and tear, including creases, indentations, stretching leather, small marks and other signs. These are not considered defects, and are not covered under warranty.
  • Defects resulting from usage of your product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by Trinity Furnitures for use with your product.
  • Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or assembly Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of Trinity Furniture or your product.
  • Unauthorized modifications, of any kind, carried out to the product
  •  Sale items (Clearence sale) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 20 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or account statement, depending on your credit card company or bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a full refund or exchange.

To return an item, please email us the reason why you are returning it and once we
accept it please place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy
of your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address
